Sawdin, I totally agree with you. We really don't know what's going on. Like everyone else does, PBLS tells us what they want us to know, which makes so much of the blather on any board an exercise in futility.

PBLS is a prime example of the way business is done in America today. You mismanage a company, blame failures on outside sources, and then grab a golden parachute. The main difference in the instant matter is that PBLS execs aren't going to leave.

I hope PBLS gets going in the right direction. Unfortunately, we often live in hope and die in despair.

Prior Katrina digs?
I remember hearing that PA was living in the guard house at the pit as PBLS struggled pre Katrina.
There is no doubt in my mind that management tool considerable advantage of the post Katrina opportunities as shareholders were hung out to dry.
We all saw this and continued to believe that there was enough prosperity for all and management was looking out for us. At that time we believed that PA, CA and RB held hundreds of millions of common shares an did not know about the devious preferred threes.

PBLS has been terribly mismanaged and only a bit of luck and redirection of priorities will save the day. The winning of the Bank lawsuit should be of great help but don't expect to see instant cash as a settlement will probably take time.

Still reluctantly holding my shares to the bitter end.
