Thanks for telling us that CPPC is NOT Cinemax Pictures and Productions, even though brokers at Bank of America, A.G.Edwards and Fidelity (the only ones I checked)seem to think it is.

marketbear, there are actually THREE "Cinemax's", the real one, owned by HBO,Cinemax, Home Box Office, Inc.(DOM-306123),1100 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY, 10036, US and the two you should clarify for "Bank of America, A.G.Edwards and Fidelity".
The scam was pumping a "merger" of TMM & Cinemax Canada. That never happened. TMM, s CEO, Fan, sold TMM's public vehicle, the QBID o/s, to Cinemax Canada and TMM, after filing a name change to "Cinemax" as well, went private. The result was two Cinemax's. Cinemax Canada is trading the QBID o/s as CPPC. TMM, nka Cinemax WA, went private. Please inform BOA, AG Edwards & Fidelity.
