No, Valero is not the Fortune 500 company the pr spoke of, and yes agrimax has a Baytown location.
Our Fortune 500 company although not a major, has multiple locations through out the states. Now that a production facility is close to up and running, any large JV deal announced will most likely be for multiple plants in various locations and states.
The agrimax facilities success will take a lot of risk out of the equation for our F-500 JV partners, who no doubt wants a piece of the Rivierra process pie, plus exclusivity.
