Until significant buying shows up NITE controls this. Remember that they were the original marketmaker for this company and now they don't even appear on Mr Dryer's list of mm's on the OTCFN summary. There is probably enough bad blood combined with NITE's intimate knowledge of the company that they are playing this one as long as they can. They've already made a whack of money playing the action down to 4.5 cents over months of control. Until more trading arrives why would they want to stop? I'm pretty sure that quarter numbers have to arrive by month end to avoid OTC sanction and I have to believe they don't want any more hassles with reporting. As I said in an earlier post if they mess up on reporting again then this stock is finished IMHO.
