Double K, TMM was the company that emerged from an ITHC Chapter 11. TMM could not file for BK protection. TMM was a bankrupt that liquidated assets to pay-off its' PIPE financiers and preferred stockholders and then went out of business. The WA shell it filled is now empty and wholly & privately owned by Fan & Gouveia.
