Just remember Abby.. K mart filed bankruptcy and stuck it to all the employees and investors at that time. Wipeing out years of retirement and individuals. Not decalareing their holdings in properties. Then issued all new stock since they knocked out all that debt the had previously aquired. This I know FIRST HAND!!!!! So they aren't such a great company after all is said and done.

And currently down almost 50%. Wal-mart doesn't even look so hot.
