I sent another email back to him, from which I have not heard back yet. Basically I told him that we shareholders would like more explanation on the matter. The "why" behind the "what happened".
Its still just fuzzy to me exactly why this huge dividend was paid. You would think becoming a public company would be payment enough, provided they are growing like they claim to be. I mean, the initial press releases boasted about 17 million in cash. To have most of that disapear in the first financial released since then in a gargantuan unexplained dividend to offshore tax-haven companies is a little disengenuous to me. I think shareholders deserve a detailed explanation of this. Everyone who is concerned should email the emails listed in Long-vestor's msg# 2498 and maybe we can get an adequate answer faster, once they realize that this item has not slipped past shareholders notice.
I'm still holding my shares, and I recommend everyone else do so at least until the distribution of assets from the old GTEC is paid, that could be a sweet payout. I'm more cautious buying though until I am more confident in the integrety of the new company. If they could clearly show that, then I am willing to bet the farm. Till then I'm just nibbling.

Well that's if I get an answer, ha.. I send a very detailed question and in most cases I won't get an answer, from any company.. I'll corner em into a box which makes it tough to answer me. There's times I get my answers through a press release, or shareholders letter.. so we'll see. I wont repeat what I asked em, except to say it’s polite and accurate. But I'll guarantee yaw one thing, I got their attention!

In the mean time keep e-mailing em. There should be an average of 800 shareholders..
