Forgive me if I am hesitant when it comes to having the scope of the discussion defined in that way. We're moving right past what little has been shared, to explore the existence or lack of evidence demonstrating complicit behaviour and/or duplicity? Again forgive me, but we go from discussing issues/data to proving/denying criminal activity?
I would/do prefer to discuss the current data. Perhaps through some of that discussion things will pop up that talk to the issues in terms that you seem to want to couch them-- that's fair isn't it?
