capted- I printed out the 4 page appraisal to review at the time. It was built in the Netherlands in 1983 & refited in Florida in 1991. Size is 60'x18' & Appraiser was Marine Consulting,Design & Construction, Inc. Dated 6-23-05 (954)-600-6690 E-Mail [e-mail]. Signoff was by Willard A.
