This company has been getting organized for well over a year and the insiders of this deal are the same team behind mining success TRGD. Many of us bought TRGD when it was .05 - .10 and enjoyed 1000% gains.

What they did was aquire mining concessions and then financing through subs and JV partners. Regarding potential dilution of the remainin authorized shares I think we would have to assume that they would only be diluting their own value as we have been told that 70% of the shares have been acquired by insiders and friendly hands.

It has also been discussed that their model going foward will minimize all dilution but we have yet to see any info on this. Have a great weekend!

The operative word here is "yet"

and what makes you think they aren't getting ready to release some information that is being finalized currently? Here's a thought, why don't you wait on the sidelines and see what happens...OK?
