First thing e-trade did when I asked for my Certs, was to direct me to a Link explaining why Certs might not be available!...I told them not to bother even telling me about it..and if I do not get my certs..they would be reported and hear from an attorney!....
If legal action is needed against any one house..it might be better to pool efforts through one legal entity and get a multiple suite going!
