haven't really studied PRHN, but I did buy into a stock last year that said they were doing a 10:1 RS or something to that effect and the stock itself were already at .0001. I thought to myself I'd be getting 9 free shares b/c the stock can't go below .0001. Well, the FS never happened. Instead a month or so later I saw a 1:1000 RS instead. Needless to say, I'm skeptical about these things. Only defense in PRHN's case is that since the split is only 2:1, it only takes 1 uptick to actually be possible as opposed to my case where I needed 9 upticks. GL.
