Who knows what the free trading float is. The only thing we can confirm through a third party is the A/S.
For the rest of the share structure, we have to rely on the company who has been far less than truthful or reliable, based on so many PRs that have not developed into anything.
Until the company uses a TA that isn't self gagged, there is no way on earth to be sure how much of the A/S is restricted, common, or preferred.
Read the safe harbor statements on each PR, they can change whatever they want, whenever they want. Keep in mind, this is a market that is unregulated and non reporting.
