I'm not talking in circles. I simply asked an investing 101 question.

I'm fascinated that a group of people would spend $4M - $6M for 20M shares -- accounting for 40% of the outstanding shares, and not care in the least to see HGMPs bank records of sales invoices or any easy-to-read-easy-to-assess finacial info.
