Thanks ET. Yet another poster who understands that not all lawsuits would be bad for the company.

This board has no problem with NEOM suing companies who are damaging NEOM by infringing NEOM's patents.

Why, then, do some posters so oppose going after people and organizations who have - at least so far - very probably done, through other means, far greater damage to NEOM and their investment?

They are NO LONGER with NEOM, thus it wont have any negative affect on NEOM or its shareholders. We have a nice handful of past executives that need to be brought to justice.
