it makes a little sense as the gino r. guy used to be a mayor
so thats why he is involved iam sure..but remember too the gold
is out of madagascar so they must have an arrangement in place!!

the way i see the situation with the so called elders of the
town or village that owns the land is you give them the going
established rate whatever it takes and thats why they have the
r and r guys from madasgascar to handle these types of situations.i dont know all the details but it cant be worse than
having to deal with a chavez or some other dictator in the world
but all these contingencies are negotiated to everyones satisfaction and still your overall costs will come in far lower
than say CARLIN TREND IN NEVADA...the big boys are going so far
down in nevada they almost come out the far end of the earth so
total costs per ounce are pushing over $450 an ounce..fortunately
madagascar is a pretty friendly place right now and the rewards
are so big that you really need to smooze with money but not out
of control money i hope...bring on the news!!!!
