In my opinion this has all been a S-8 share sell off. When they issued the last 25 million the price kept climbing. They held them. two days later they announced the airing date, nobody flooded the market, and they held the shares until the show aired. And ever since NITE has been steadily pouring shares into the market. Whoever they gave the shares to decided to shed some substantial amount and they been consistently seeping into the market. Once they decide they've sold enough I think the price will have alot of upward pressure.

Of course if the shares are coming from MAK and he hasn't waited the full year after converting his shares, he'll have a shareholder lawsuit on his hands.

All in my opinion of course.
