IMTD - very possible. It only really went down when TDA put it's restriction on and I phoned TDA up to give them the usual barrage. TDA told me (after they gave me no reason the previous two times I phoned) that the reason for the restriction (both online and over the phone) was due to the "company wanting to trade in certificates only". I phoned the co this to tell them and they said this was not the case. The thing I was most unimpressed about the company was that they didn't seem concerned that TDA had a restriction on at all. I have seen so many BS pinks that I take it all with a pinch of salt, but I have since considered the lack of concern as potentially being a good thing.
Either way, I tried buying this on TDA online on Wednesday and the restriction is in place. I hope the volume doesn't come in until I have a chance to average down at these levels.
