The etrade rep told me it would take 2-3 days for etrade to process it and the shares would then be removed from my account. He said with Thanksgiving it might take a little longer than usual. Your shares should already be missing from your account.

You 'should' be able to call the TA within just a few days, to find out if you have been added to the Shareholders of Record list...even if the printing of those certs still takes a few weeks.

I just looked in my account and the cert request has gone from in process to now completed.

"Please allow three to six weeks for delivery from the transfer agent."
