I think I know what you are looking for. You are looking for a fully reporting, ungagged TA, audited stock that is part of a major index.

I have gone on what started out as a self-guided tour of the leases in SE Kansas in October of this year, and had the opportunity to talk with some of the landowners where Hemi has leases.
I have not met Keith in person... yet.

"By the way, have you visited Hemi or Keith personally, and saw their operations?"

I have! Shook Keith's hand, John and Joyce's hands, Jerry's hand, and a few other Hemi hands' hands! Drove in a few of Hemi's small fleeat of trucks, scouted a large part of their operations, seen many of their leases, took MANY pics, with many tanks having Hemi names clearly attached to them, seen and smelled the oil flowing into the tanks, pumps pumping, and lemmee think what else?

Sat thru several lunches and dinners with Keith and various employees, discovered (Holy Cow!) they are even REAL people, with REAL lives, doing REAL things like enjoying fishing and hunting and whatnot.

And no, I am NOT a paid schill. I am an investor who likes to see and KNOW what I am heavily invested in and holding strongly onto.
