John, do we have contracts in place for all this waste hauling?

What's the value of the contract win or wins?

How big is the pie for what we are doing?

What's your sense of the pro forma P&L for what we are doing; i.e. there no development cost for Jezco; are we using trucks that we own, or once again using independent operators?

Give me the business case and the value proposition for this endeavor; and how does it get financed?

We were told that Stony's represented a $40 million revenue stream.

Question 1: And yet we could not service our factor obligation...how could that be John unless someone was stupid or lying?

Question 2: Look at the coupon on the the Systran note...there should have been plenty of money there to service that debt.

Why wasn't there?

Question 3: So are we in the royalty business now with Jezco, or something more?
