I'm not following where you're heading .......

Back in Oct-2004 the company was AMCT.
AMCT did a 1-20 R/S and became MGCP.

Then in Feb-06 MGCP did a 1-1000 R/S and became AADN.

Then in Apr-2006 AADN do not do an R/S but changed their symbol to MGMX.

Then in Oct-2007 MGMX did a 1-5000 R/S and became BWNR.

Everytime there's an R/S the ticker symbol and cusip number changes. And it appears the corporate name changes as well.

This corporate entity has had three (3) R/S's in the past 3 years.
