I can't elaborate. Its merely a gut feeling, and nothing more. I have no data whatsoever, and to speculate on any scenarios would be wild ass conjecture. I'm certain that the primary goal of all the major investment players is to make money. I'm not certain that it is to make money with the best interest of the company in mind. If I thought I knew where to point a finger, I'd consider it.
