I do believe you have a pretty accurate and correct idea of what is and what to expect here. It's good to see that shareholders are understanding the harsh realities in a very fews ways, yet the major truths, in the more important ways.
One must ask themselves if Hemi went all the way to .02 again, would that change the value of their leases, especially if the o/s holds still as Keith has assured me it has for well over the last month?
Well it must be worth more than 10 cents, LOL!!! Sorry I have a twisted sense of humor. Possibly 1.20-1.50 range, hopefully more. Of course if you look at EJXR, it trades at a dollar a share, and it seems to not be nearly as good as Hemi. So maybe I should say over 2 dollars.
