that isn't always the way it is. A lot of times what gets the greatest criminal minds caught is the fact that they do in fact talk. If people who "know" as you put it always kept quiet, our various systems wouldn't be as bogged down as they are....no one would be able to prove anything. So no, dear, people who know do in fact talk....sometimes very loudly...it all depends on whether others are actually "listening"...
