Ah, the good questions, never answered!

My personal opinion, shares in the current company are being dumped. Eventually this company will go BK, with some well placed pumpers, er, investors, buying up the big asset, the licenses, to start a new company.

Poof, no bloated shares count, no pesky shareholders.
