you make valid points my friend, and i am not putting you down because what you said are correct, BUT this is OTCBB, normal companies would not issue this large number of convertibles to make dilution a problem. Since our PPS is so low and the market cap is small, its so easy to dilute. I rather have Tom debt financing rather than equity financing, to lessen the risk of investors.
