I agree. We need to be careful. This is why I am very particular what I profile from this point forward. I thought I was last year but these CEOs are not respectful of shareholders. These companies better have a clean balance sheet and no death spiral financing haunting them. Shezzzzz how can we be sure??? Even when we look at SEC Filings we get misled by crooked CPAs. Live and learn on a few of them I guess.
