newair - thanks for your thoughts. Just based on the tip I got, I'm interested in following this one, but it's hard to say what it would take to get me comfortable enough to take the plunge to buy some shares.

I'm going to post the 2 class lawsuit PRs after this post, the first one mentions a new competitor to the market which, according to NutriSystem, was a big factor in the earnings miss.

Being 100% new to this stock, I don't yet know who the competitors are that introduced competing products, or if they are likely to keep taking business away from NutriSystem. I'll do some reading.

So are you accumulating right now?
