since you asked for thoughts mine or to wait a bit because many of us thought we got in at the bottom only to find out another lawsuit has been filed mostly on not paying bills and what I dislike most is that they would buy more companies while bouncing paychecks to the present employees. and while we believed the OS was suppose to be a little over 800 mil in reality it was 1.5 bil or so next thing we turn around to find it is 2.5 bil and the Preferred series III stocks were added that removes all value to the common stock because they placed a value on those that is higher than the company is worth. Now this is my conclusions from the very uninformative PRs that are out but if you happen to have time to glance back six months here there are a few posters that did find out what was going on, posted it and moved on. Of course now I didn't want to believe it and still don't, but the PPS seems to believe it.
