takeover...BESV/Blast is meeting this coming Monday with QuickSilver (nyse KWK) in order to attempt to settle the lawsuit that put BESV into BK. This, lol, was at KWK's request. The Court filed estimate of recovery is $15-$45M. Even just $15M would wipe out the current debt and BESV would emerge debt-free and solvent.
BESV postponed their emergence Court date until 29Nov07 to see what KWK will offer in order to not go to trial.
I've been all over BESV since last January...the next two weeks are ripe with great opportunities for the company. This BK play is gonna rock. Check the chart closely...wound tight as Hell.
