Since their real business is selling shares... Someone made the decision that it is easier to sell shares as a bio med tech company than as an oil company. Just a guess.
What you don't understand?It's clear like a new mirror...They screw up people (rip off) under another symbol (FCDH ,SNYY now AMSN very soon BIOT...and they will do this in future.Why S.W disappeared from BKMP ???And why at the same time when AMSN doing R/S and change symbol...?Because behind all of this Screw ups is the same name SW..I have a few restricted shares but I'm not stupid to invest in another SW stupid game..Gl Webby
