Authorized Shares A/S, are only relavent if the company decides to register and add them into the O/S. In order to do that they would have to file with the SEC. Everyone would know about it. It is something to be concerned about, because they have the legal right to do this. But, so far unless they are lying, they claim to have no plans to do this.

Everytime I call them they claim the tradable float to be between 4-5 million. However, there is approximatly 50 mil in the O/S that could be added to the float without them having to inform us.

If they are successful, which I believe they are sincerely trying to be. Then the potential is almost unlimited. Nobody, likes the current PPS, but just like the way it came down, it could eventually go right back up. Who knows?
