According to the 10Q (and somebody correct me if I get it wrong). It states "20 user contracts", not "20 dealerships". Each contract can represent a dealership group, which can mean 1 to 20 (or more) dealerships.
The 10Q says 1 to 3 but there are quite a few larger groups out there, e.g Sonic Automotive has over 160 dealerships.
But DLAV themselves would have to clarify that to know the exact number for certain.
