Of course the US will join Kyoto if the Dems take office. Just like we did under the Clinton/Gore administration. [/satire]

More seriously, Kyoto is deeply flawed. A better agreement would get better participation.

As discussed at the first "Going Green" conference at UC Davis CA., California is to join the Kyoto Protocol with possible US involvement as well or soon after.
