yes, initially...then when he could/would not pay her company, he hired us as upz employees with promises galore...started paying with personal checks and deducting 22% for taxes, which were not paid according to PA Unemployment; then bank cards, NetSpend, that they paid $9.99 to purchase then we had to activate on computer to get password; find bank that would honor them; then pay $2.00 to activate them...nonsense!
