What does the company need to do to be in compliance with DTC? What exactly is DTC? I know these may seem to be elementary questions, but many times I half-digest new knowledge. It's like swallowing your food too fast before giving it enough chewing.

BigMur or lowman or anyone, can you offer an updated summary on what the issue is and what is being done to clear up this DTC issue that can't be viewed as positive - just considering the marketplace opportunites that it takes away from us is a major issue as we try to attract new investors. If nothing is being donw, why not. It's been around forever it seems.

How do you know the DTC issue is due to non-compliance from Hemi? I have been here a long time and still do not know the details of the issue. If you can make such a statement then please tell me what the compliance issue is and where you found this information. Just as another poster claimed, without any evidence, that the problem is due to an unknown share count. You have made a statement that also needs qualifying. Research should be done rather than wild speculation.
