You're right--he's just thinking about it at this point. Check out what his posse recently did with TNRI. As soon as I found out he was pumping it I knew I had to get out because it would go up fast and come back down fast. That's exactly what happened. Anytime you're in one of his plays you gotta get out before their inevitable dump. They never hold anything very long.
