Market cap is the share price multiplied by the number of shares issued (also often figured based on the free float meaning publicly traded shares) This does give some idea of valuation for a company but is certainly no guarantee of future share price.
Amount O/S approximately should be 3.313 billion with the Reverse mergers, Fula's and Bains Shares. Divide that 100 million revenue would make the share price equal .03/share.
