If this is true I think Mr Lott is buying up all the stock and mm's are shaking out all the shares possible before this big acquisition that would be acquired by this $1,000,000 USD funding? Just wonder who will fund them.

It is my understanding that this is the description of the capital structure before the purchase of DnC so the 2,793,683,760 is before the 250mill to purchase DnC.

before rm with Pluginz o/s was 1.093billion
then in rm Pluginz received 1.7 billion
This equals the 2.793billion

Now the acquisition of DnC 250million
