mtorian...if your gut instincts are correct (from your previous post today), perhaps we should just leave them alone and see how it plays out. Am I happy right now? - not by a long shot! But, I know that many folks have either called or emailed them over the past couple of days (myself included), and it did not really help us understand the situation any better than we did last week. As I said, I'm not very happy right now either.
