GOOD EXCEO I feel it is far better alerting these people BEFORE the event, much better than complaining after.

We have lots of evidence to back us up. I am also going to include a copy of the article from a news reporter that was reproduced on the internet of how he, Lumb, wrote so disparagingly to that stockholder in another situation.

And of all the other incidents he has been involved with.

Then there is the way he has treated us so far - all the failed PR promises, and the assurance he would not make a reverse split when the time they made it, it must have already been planned.

Once all this sh*t starts flying around - and we should inform him why we are doing it - HE HAS FORFEITED OUR TRUST and put us in a position where we can't really sell what we have because his reverse split permitted shorts to knock the price down further, he's going to really get upset.

Any idiot with experience of the market knows that would be the result of a RS in this situation.

If we have voiced our concerns and what we suspect before hand
it will make it very difficult to scam us further and find an excuse.

WE HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE. OUR GAIN WILL BE AT LEAST SOME SATISFACTION AT HITTING HIM HARD BY EXPOSING HIM

They, these scam merchants, must learn to treat their shareholders with respect. The internet is a great tool, ealier
victims did not have. LETS USE IT!

Well I am truly with you, even in the amazing event this
imminent Share announcement or as they describe it! "Shares exchanged on a set FORMULA!!" make me Rich as I have totally NO FAITH in them and know they have NOT kept at ALL to PROMISES in various PRs over last 3 Years,( sO they told LIES is my fair interpretation,when done consistently,like they did!!!) since I got sucked in!!

I just found last night in my drawer an old PR from over 20 months ago, stating these 3 Goldmines were worth NO LESS and they would NEVER accept less, than $480 Million in total! Note, that when Gold I think about 30% less in value!!
Also, they said in this PR that they would imminently initiate Mining Explorations themselves to create more value for Shareowners!!Going on to say they would imminently be Trading on US and UK stock Markets!!!Another one I have states Each Share valued at 10p/18 cents!!Also, they would imminently be allocating ALL OTHER shares in these Goldmines to Stockholders!!

Lumb recently foolishly confessed to us all that Prime is "Virtually a Shell" ---Why the buck! sell to a SHEL???? Mismanagement at the LEAST!!
I wrote to him 2 weeks ago, pointing out certain things and NOT to do similar deal with other 2 Goldmines!!At least this elicited a response!I got that same reply the other man posted to us ALL 2 weeks ago.
Lumb rattled!But no consolation!

So even if this imminent " SET FORMULA" is FANTASTIC I for one will still be pissed by their untrusting and uncaring actions/inactions!!
This man whats his name Bezzanno LEFT but now back! Why??
