Do you understand why the A/S was kept at 5b shares ?

We'll if we would have stayed on the original plan to merge in Jan 08 then we would have gotten a smaller % of Aero instead of the 35% that we did.

If we would have gotten only 15% in Jan, when Aero's fins would be much higher, then we would have had a much higher O/S, so the 5Bb had to stay.....

Lets see where the O/S is in Jan 08 and post DG acquisition.....
