this is easy,, why take restricted shares when you could actually make money? "The 2 people WHO REALLY KNOW whats going on" wouldn't take r/s I guess they have enough shares, and see some money coming down the road, BEFORE the restricted come due,, That's what I would do,, wouldn't you,,
