The Patent Is Worthless, IMO

It Is Too General In Scope
And Hinges Too Much On Just
The Idea, No Real Specifics

It's Like If I Attained A Patent
On The Idea Of A Time Machine ,
Without Even Proving It Works

By The Time That ASNAP - "May" - Work
It Would Have To Of Gone Through So Many Changes
That By Then Calypso Themselves Would Be The Ones
That Would Be Violating Someone Else's Patent, Or They
Would Have To Re-Apply - - - A G A I N . . . How Ironic

I Bet They Have Already Dropped ASNAP And
Are Working From Scratch On Another Patent ,
And Have Feared To Not Tell Anyone Yet

there is no stopping a heavy foot, unless of course you have
someone come along w/ an every heaver foot--yes im talking
the 800 lb gorilla aka ACACIA

they are reving their engines and getting ready to put the
pedal to the metal

If it were truely worthless and no one was infringing on it then Acacia would not be interested.

If (and we still have not seen a signed deal) Acacia thinks it has legs AND they are willing to front Calypso money to get the rights to enforce it then I am willing to bet that it is solid.
