Dutchess has not exercised those because it estimates it has more to gain by allowing DNAG to continue operating, and pay its debt back in good time. Credit market is very tight now, meaning it pays to wait for that reason alone. Also, you seem to be conveniently discounting DNAG's emerging revenue streams, and product pipeline.
