I wonder if their bank group took over the shell....check this statement from chapter 11 article....

"Transportation Components Inc., which operates as TransCom USA, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. The filings, made today in a Houston federal bankruptcy court will enable the TransCom group to continue normal businesses operations using its own internally generated cash and the proceeds of debtor-in-possession financing being arranged with the COMPANY'S BANK GROUP."

now the next step would be is to find the bank group =)
