I won't be writing any letters to the SEC as I just added, plus the SEC as much much much bigger fish to fry then PBLS, geeeezzzz they did nothing with USXP for years and nothing, nothing with SLJB or the posters who assisted that scam. Even with a HUGE scam 7 years ago (that I lived through) EPWN, the SEC only suspended trading for 10 days... I wish you luck with your quest, but don't hold your breath that the SEC will be your knight in shining armor...
