Are you sure the news wasn't posted at 3:59 and 4:00 pm eastern, i.e. market close?

Earnings news came out AFTER the close. DPDW upticked strongly at 30.000 share order EXACTLY at 3pm (tell me that was not an institution or fund of some kind!) and, curiously, I show no trade at all after 3:30. Maybe the MMs got wind that earnings were coming out after the close (but not the details of the numbers) and decided they wanted to see those numbers before honoring a bid or ask?
