He is committing out and out fraud, and no basis for the money he claimed he needed for the companies operations. There is no operations...........Except his operative lies. We should all know now from this report what a sack he really is. $500k in salaries for himself.........probably more, and for what?. All his pr's and all the filings, nothing but lies......He continues to enrich himself...........He cares less about any of this, including the company, the investors or sharepice.
